Elevating an Inaugural Conference into Annual Landmark Event
A customer data client engaged Verde Events to manage their inaugural conference in Las Vegas. The event was initially intended for 150 attendees participating in a one-day business conference. What began as a simple event evolved significantly into a large-scale, complex program.
Over the course of four months, Verde Events assumed the task of intricate pre-planning logistics and the execution of countless program enhancements such as the incorporation of a trade show floor with multiple exhibitors, elevated production to include floor to ceiling LED screens, an international contingency with translation booths, evening event gala with multiple entertainment acts, and travel accommodations for an additional 250 attendees.
Verde Events leveraged existing vendor partner relationships to efficiently and effectively execute the program additions, all while maximizing the budget to limit overages despite the additional program enhancements.
The Verde Events team displayed agility, proficiency, and effective problem-solving skills while working quickly to lock in contracts and revise existing plans to meet the new larger program parameters.
Key stakeholders conveyed an impressive ROI on the overall program. Due to the program’s overwhelming success, Verde Events was immediately engaged and contracted for the client’s second annual conference to promote their position as an industry leader.
